Since 1998, our chef, Sarah Carlson has been bringing people across the Willamette Valley quality food, made with the freshest ingredients. Classically French-trained she holds a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. With her passion for food and wine, she enjoys the bounty of the great Pacific Northwest and the thrill of being able to share it with others.  She and her husband James reside in West Linn, Oregon.
